No. TFY will not sell your personal information to third parties. However, TFY reserves the right to send you information about campaigns jointly organized with the Partners of TFY.

Yes, you can provide both. However, you have to specify a default payment account.

Yes. You can work with other organizations if you become a Member of TFY.

Yes. You can continue your relationship. Only the relationships entered into via the TFY Platform are subject to the Terms& Conditions of TFY and are to be continued via the TFY Platform.

No. TFY is not NGO. TFY partners with NGO to provide opportunities to people in a disadvantaged position.

The membership with TFY is subject to approval. We check the the information provided by applicants, their Linkedin profiles, etc.

TFY reserves the right to reject an application if we have reasons to believe that the data provided by the applicant is incorrect or misleading.

The Partners of TFY are socially responsible businesses and  NGO.

The mission of TFY is to provide virtual projects and contract jobs to those who need them the most and especially to people who have no choice but working from home. We pay special attention to people in a disadvantaged position and do our best to provide them with suitable opportunities. Some of our Partners's sustainability strategies might require information about members in a disadvantaged position so they can create virtual projects or contarct jobs addressing their specific needs. Due to this reason it is mandatory to specify a Group. The information will be kept confidential and visible to TFY administrators and Partners only. TFY will not sell, publish or otherwise transmit information about the specified Group prior to obtaining Member's written consent.

Once you complete your virtual project/ contract job, and the completion has been confirmed by the Partner, you can proceed with the Payment Request via the Payments screen.

TFY keeps your information confidential. The specified Group is kept strictly confidential and displayed to Partners only. TFY will not sell, publish, transmitt or otherwise disclose Member information prior to obtaining the written consent of the Member.  

After completing a virtual project / contract job, Members log into the Payments section of the Member Profile to create a Payment Request and submit an invoice. Members can choose to be paid either via bank account transfer or via electronic payment into their e wallet account. Payments are verified and executed in batches twice per month. TFY does not charge transaction processing fees. However, our payment service providers may do so. 

Yes. TFY can execute payments in the name of your company. If you would like your payments to be executed to your company you have to provide a letter of authorization confirming payments are authorized to be paid to your company on behalf of your work with TFY. The letter of authorization is to be signed by a company representative. 

Additional information is required if your company is incorporated in the US. We will need a signed copy of your company’s W9 and a letter of authorization confirming your payments are to be paid into your company account on behalf of your work with Transformify LTD.

Once we have the above mentioned information, Transformify LTD will create payment account on your behalf.

TFY does not withhold tax from payments to most Members. TFY issues 1099s to US–based Members who have been paid USD 600 or more in a calendar year. Your 1099s will be mailed to the e mail address listed in your profile.

No. All further virtual projects/ contract jobs/  extentions  with Partners of TFY should be arranged via the TFY Platform.

It is a Prepaid Card linked to an e wallet account opened with a Payment Services Provider such as Optimal Payments or Skrill. TFY will transfer your payments into the e wallet account if specified as Payment account on your Member Profile. The Prepaid Card will provide access to the funds in your e wallet account at any time. You can withdraw cash on ATM, pay online, etc.

Another advantage of the e wallet is that you can receive payments from any Partner in any of the supported currencies into your e wallet account. The payment Services Provider will convert the payment into the currency of your e wallet account.
